What are the gym opening hours?
Monday 6am–9pm
Tuesday 6am–9pm

Do you offer personal training?
We have a number of personal trainers working from
our gym.

What equipment do you have?
We have all the normal equipment you’d expect to find
at a gym, as well as an extensive range of strength and strongman specific
equipment.

Can I bring a guest?
You can bring a guest and they can use our one day pass for £5.
What Amenities do you have?
We have a water fountain and a vending machine loaded with pre-workout shots, energy drinks, protein bars.
What should I wear to workout?
Wear whatever you find comfortable, we don’t
enforce a specific dress code.
All we ask is that you don’t go barefoot (for hygiene
reasons) and that you keep your top on.
Is there parking available?
Parking is available for all members and visitors at Nordic Power Gym. However, please note that all vehicles are parked at the owner’s own risk. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents while on the premises.
Can kids use the gym?
Children are allowed in the gym if accompanied by an adult, but we cannot stress enough that being there is at their own risk and their adult is responsible for their safety.
They must be mindful of others using the gym, and ideally stay in the reception area to keep everyone safe.
We reserve the right to ask children and their accompanying adult to leave if we feel they are causing problems or being unsafe.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments (day passes and membership)
are done through the Clubright App, therefore it is all done online and we do not
accept cash.
